阳羊 AI Privacy Policy
Updated and effective: October 26, 2026
Scope
This policy describes how 阳羊 AI at https://shop.yyangai.cn handles personal information when you browse, register, sign in, purchase products or request support.
Information processed
Depending on the features you use, we process your account email and profile, authentication information, order and payment status, delivery and support records, and access logs, IP address, device and browser information needed to operate the service. Information you submit with an order is used to fulfil that order as described on the product page. Do not send support your passwords, verification codes or unrelated information.
Google sign-in and linking
We verify the identity credential supplied by Google and process the Google account identifier, email address, email verification status and available basic profile information such as name and picture. These are used for authentication, account linking, profile display and account security. When your Google email is used as your shop account email, it is also used for verification, order notifications and after-sales contact when you use those shop features. The recipient address and message content are provided to email service providers when needed for delivery. This feature does not request permission to read Gmail messages, Google contacts or Drive files and does not receive your Google password. We do not sell Google user data or use it for targeted advertising or training general-purpose AI models.
Purposes and service providers
We use information to manage accounts, provide and deliver products, send verification and order emails, handle refunds and support requests, maintain security and troubleshoot problems. Hosting, email and payment providers may process information necessary for these functions. For example, an email provider receives the recipient address and message content; payment providers process transaction information for the payment flow actually used. We do not sell personal information for unrelated marketing. Legally required disclosures are handled according to applicable requirements.
Cookies, storage and security
Necessary cookies or browser local storage maintain sign-in sessions and preferences such as language. Clearing them may sign you out or reset preferences. We use HTTPS and access controls to protect information, but no internet system is free of security risks.
Retention and requests
We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, handle orders and support, maintain security and meet applicable retention obligations. You can manage Google linking on the account security page and contact us below to request access, correction, deletion or account closure. Identity verification may be required. Unlinking Google does not automatically delete your shop account or past orders. If records must be retained for an applicable obligation or an unresolved matter, we will explain the reason.
Updates
We update this policy and its date when features or processing practices change, and provide appropriate notice of material changes to information processing.

Transmission and storage of Google identity information
Google sign-in is optional. Your browser uses Google Identity Services to select an account and submits a Google identity credential to this website for verification. We check its signature, audience, validity and email verification status. If the credential includes a Google Workspace domain, we also use it to assess email ownership. Our server database stores the Google account identifier, email, avatar URL, authentication time and linking time needed for account access and linking. When creating an account, we may use the name supplied by Google as the initial shop display name. Redirect sign-in uses a short-lived server cache for single-use flow state and verified basic identity information, consumed on use or expired. Shop session credentials and account information may be stored in browser local storage. Sign-in security records include the outcome, time, IP address and browser information. Google processes identity-service information under its own policies. Your browser also connects directly to the relevant services when loading the Google sign-in component or avatar.
Unlinking and deletion are different
Unlinking Google on the account security page deletes the shop-side Google identity mapping. It does not delete your Google account or automatically delete your shop account, existing orders or sign-in security records. To prevent loss of access, if Google is your only usable sign-in method, first set up a usable password or another usable sign-in method. To request deletion of a shop account or related personal information, contact the email in this policy. This involves manual identity checks and processing, not automatic account closure when you click unlink. You can also manage the connection through your Google Account third-party connections settings. Actions on Google and deletion of shop-held data are separate operations.
